freundlich, modern eingerichtete Hotelzimmer mit gratis W-lan, TV, Dusche WC, teils mit Balkon oder Terasse.
Great service, we've been coming to this restaurant for a long time, we're happy to be able to eat reliably at a high level every time. Please keep it up and all the best during the pandemic.
Best cordon bleu The inn is unfortunately closed during the corona pandemic. A pick-up service is only available on site on Sundays. The dishes for this can be found on the homepage. A reservation by telephone is mandatory beforehand‼ ️‼ ️‼ ️ I think it's great that you can bring your own cans for the food. This is very environmentally conscious and inexpensive at the same time 😉😉😉 TIP: The cordon bleu are the best in the region and should definitely be tried. But be careful: it's a generous portion 😋😋😋
Absolutely exceptional location. Wonderful view of Switzerland and the Alps. Great garden restaurant
The food was good. Unfortunately there was cat hair on the table.
Very nice restaurant. Top view. Nice castle
For 30 years we have eaten there again and again and always satisfied. last week but rather dissatisfied, kartiffel salad an indefinable porridge and the schnitzel almost an unreasonable expectation. the breading came off the plate and the color of the schnitzel was already ugly. either the chef has changed or is extremely in love and this should simply not happen. the service was very friendly. lolex
Attentive and friendly service, short waiting times, food tastes very good and the portions are also well sized. Price / performance ratio fits and you will be rewarded with a beautiful view. Highly recommended
A very cozy excursion - restaurant very close to the Küsaburgruine ... excellent food & drink offer under old chestnut trees which, if you listen carefully, could tell exciting stories from times long past.
Excellent👍
View beautiful. Food is z. Part nothing fresh.
Service very friendly. Food and drink everything ok. Come again
Nice beer garden, our waiter (tall, slim) was super friendly and attentive, the cordon bleu with french fries was delicious as always. Earlier (last year) I think there was a salad with it ... unfortunately it was abolished ... Therefore no longer high prices but expensive ... But delicious!
Was good. Waiter very accommodating.
After visiting the castle ruins, we stopped in the beer garden. The service was friendly and quick, and they were served in English. The spaetzle were very good!
The road up is torture, even by car. Inexperienced people shouldn't ride a bike. But once you're up, it's worth it. The view is wonderful but so is the food. There were four of us there and everyone enjoyed it. The products were fresh as far as I can tell and the portions were sufficient. A very cozy lunch with good food and good weather. What more do you want?
The location is and will remain beautiful, but the food is no longer what it was 2 years ago. Unfortunately!
This inn is located below the Küssaburg in the southern Black Forest. It is a popular excursion restaurant, where you can eat good traditional food. There is also a very nice large beer garden. In summer, I'm often here in the evening to end the day. Numerous guests also come from neighboring Switzerland. You can also take a little digestive walk to Küssaburg after eating.
Here you will find a country inn with the appropriate charm. Friendly service is very important here. Large garden terrace and lots of parking spaces are available. It is only a few minutes walk to the castle ruins, it is worth it, great view from there.

Very nice, well maintained and lovingly decorated restaurant. Friendly and attentive service. Very good food and a nice view. Definitely a recommendation!
Great tourist destination just over the Swiss border near Bad Zurzach on the way to Waldshut- Tiengen. One can walk to a beautiful castle ruin and admire the surrounding or have a meal at the restaurant nearby. Great place to be
Always worth a trip. Panoramic views of Switzerland's Alps, weather permitting.
The highest point in Kussaburg mountain range in southern Germany, with a ancient Castle on top. It offers excellent views of the surrounding country side, one can see for miles all around.
Enjoy green scenery
Could be better. Kitchens were good, but the hot chocolate was almost cold when we got them.
Inn in a beautiful location with a large beer garden. From here you can reach in 10 minutes the ruin of the Küssaburg and can enjoy a magnificent view. Holiday from 25.02.19-05.03.19
Great service, amazing food. Absolutely recommend to visit this place for a dinner.
Nice old castle remains. Wonderful views.
Lovely walk through the forest and fields up to the castle. Old remains of a castle. From the castle there are fantastic views over the countryside.
Tip Top
Had lunch here: it was fine. Very German place with some traditional dishes. Restaurant is clean and spacious. Prices are a bit too high for Germany though.
We had a bad experience with one of the service personal here. We ordered coffee while waiting for my daughter & family. When they came, we reserved table for 8 including the 2 kids. Then they went straight to the Ruins while we finished our coffee. We wanted to pay, unfortunately we didn't have cash, so we gave him our credit card. He didn't accept it because our bill didn't reach the minimum. In front of the other customers, he told us that we don't have money to pay and that he will be the one to pay for the coffee. We told him that we will come back because we reserved a table for lunch. Instead he said, i have heard that alibi so many times already. So what we did, i called my daughter who was already on her way to the Ruins. She came back and paid him the amount of 5.20€. We just hope that this man will change his attitude towards the customers and never underestimate them.
